Can players clearly recognise your ads and purchase offers?
HueWeave and Bricks Breaker notices highlight different Families issues: unclear commercial offers and inaccurate Play Console answers.
Updated: 2026-10-20
The real case
If an ad or purchase offer resembles a normal game button, players may not understand what they are tapping. HueWeave’s rejection, received on 14 October 2026 in Türkiye, said ads or purchase offers were not clearly distinct from app content. The reviewed version code was 4.
What to check
Bricks Breaker’s notice, received on 30 September in Türkiye, concerned version 8. Under the same Families heading, it requested Console answers that accurately reflected the app and its ads. These are different stated reasons, not proof of one shared screen defect.
Compare ads, cross-promotions and purchase offers with normal game content. Commercial actions should be understandable. Check SDK eligibility and format requirements for ads shown to children too: adding a label alone does not satisfy every Families requirement.
- Clearly distinguish ads and paid offers from gameplay.
- Compare Console answers with the final release.
- Review SDK and ad format requirements for children.
Confirmed outcome
Two different stated reasons are confirmed. Changed screens and a later successful review were not verified.
These checks can help reduce avoidable issues; they do not guarantee store approval.
