Record the source of every asset
Keep filename, creator, permission or licence and approver together. Track character drawings and voice recordings separately instead of assuming one approval covers every file.
Describe the intended uses
Clarify in-game use, store artwork, trailers, translations and future levels with the relevant rights holder. Have an authorised specialist assess contractual details. This article describes a production inventory workflow.

Close gaps before submission
Google Play requires the necessary rights for third-party content. Flag assets with unclear sources or documentation and resolve them before including them in a release. AntSort artwork and other images shown are from our own projects.
