Treat the content team as users too

The person adding content needs a clear workflow. Define fields such as title, description, image, link and order. Discuss whether the team should be able to make routine content changes without asking a developer each time.

Separate drafts from publishing

Content can be saved as a draft, previewed and approved before release. Decide who edits and who publishes. A small team may need a simple workflow; a larger channel may need separate roles and approval steps.

Test the panel and app together

What happens on a phone when a title is long, an image is missing or content is removed? Check ordering changes on a real device. Consider which information remains available without a connection if offline use belongs in the agreed scope.

Make the handover explicit

Include admin requirements, roles and content ownership in the brief. Plan access handover, short operating instructions and maintenance responsibilities. This guide describes a production approach; its images come from existing SourSpark products.
