Who we are and scope
SourSpark Games provides Bus Jam Escape: Color Puzzle. This policy covers the iOS and Android game; other SourSpark games have separate policies. For privacy or support questions, contact info@sourspark.com.
Game data on your device
The game does not require an account or ask you to enter your name, date of birth or phone number. Level progress, coin balance, selected skins, purchase status and game settings are stored on your device. The game currently does not use a SourSpark-operated account or cloud-save service.
You can remove local data by clearing application data or uninstalling the game. If operating-system backups are enabled, manage those backups separately through your Apple or Google account settings.
Advertising and advertising providers
The game includes Google AdMob and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle) advertising SDKs. When advertising services operate, these providers may process IP address, approximate location inferred from it, device and operating-system information, permitted advertising/app identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostics. These data support ad delivery and measurement, troubleshooting and fraud prevention.
Personalized advertising and identifier use depend on device permissions, consent choices and regional requirements. The game does not request precise GPS location permission. Non-personalized or test ads do not mean providers process no technical data. Ad availability and individual providers can vary by version and ad configuration.
A Remove Ads purchase removes forced banner and interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads remain available. Removing ads does not retroactively delete data already processed by providers.
In-app purchases
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment for products offered in the game. Through Unity IAP, the game uses product, transaction, purchase receipt and restoration information to apply purchased coins or ad-removal status. SourSpark does not receive your payment-card or banking details. Information processed by the stores is governed by their policies.
Support communications
If you email support, we receive your email address and information you include in the message. We use it to answer your request, investigate problems and meet necessary obligations. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, verification codes or unnecessary personal information.
Retention and security
Local game data remains on your device until you remove it. We keep support messages as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable obligations. Stores and advertising providers apply their own retention policies. We rely on operating-system and provider security controls; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Manage device advertising and tracking permissions in Apple or Android privacy settings. Use Google consent choices when offered; changing consent does not retroactively change previously lawful processing. Removing local game data can also reset your progress and coin balance.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, object to or restrict processing, request portability, or withdraw consent. Email info@sourspark.com with the game name and your request. Provider tools may also be used for provider-held data. You can contact your local data-protection authority where applicable.
Children’s privacy
The game does not ask for a date of birth or create user accounts. Store age ratings and parental controls apply separately. Contact info@sourspark.com if you have a concern about a child’s information; avoid including unnecessary information about the child in your message.
