Start with an accepted prototype

Define what one mechanic and a short level must demonstrate. Approve the controls and visual direction before producing every level; otherwise, revisions can affect work already completed.

Separate production from approval time

Character art, animation, level building and device testing are distinct tasks. Include the channel team’s review time, voice recordings and translations. Name the person responsible for each missing asset.

Allow time for release preparation

An example sequence is brief, prototype, content production, testing and store submission. This is a workflow, not a delivery promise. SourSpark sets dates once scope, available assets and approval responsibilities are clear.
