Where is my progress saved?
Progress is saved on your device and resumes after closing and reopening the app. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove it. Cloud-save transfer between devices is not currently available.
My Remove Ads purchase is missing.
Use the Apple or Google account that made the purchase, then open Remove Ads on the home screen and select Restore purchases. Refunded or cancelled transactions may not grant access. If needed, email support with the game version and store transaction reference, never payment-card details.
How do I stop reminders?
Disable reminders in the game’s daily activity area or change the app notification permission in device settings. When enabled, reminders are scheduled for 19:00 local time and skipped after a level is completed that day.
How do I report an issue or make a privacy request?
Email info@sourspark.com with Rotate Rings, the game version and your request. For bugs, include the level, device model and operating-system version. Never send passwords, payment-card details or verification codes.
