Overview
SourSpark provides WordCrush. This policy explains how the app and its service providers use information. Contact us at info@sourspark.com.
Game data and reminders
WordCrush does not require an account. Game progress, gems, language, settings and reminder preferences are stored on your device. You can reset progress in the app or remove local data by uninstalling it. Optional daily reminders are scheduled on your device after notification permission is granted; WordCrush does not use a push notification account or token for these reminders.
Purchases
Apple App Store or Google Play processes purchases. Adapty receives purchase and entitlement information to grant gems and restore the permanent Remove Ads purchase. Adapty may use an app-specific identifier and technical information required for this service. WordCrush configures the Adapty SDK not to collect the Android advertising ID, Apple IDFA or IP address. Information processed by Apple, Google and Adapty is subject to their privacy policies.
Advertising
When ads are enabled, Google AdMob may receive IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. WordCrush requests non-personalized ads, marks requests as child-directed and under the age of consent, limits ad content to a G rating, and removes the Android Advertising ID permission. A Remove Ads purchase stops new automatic ad requests but does not erase data already processed by advertising services. Ads may be unavailable while store or AdMob review is in progress.
Images and support
The app downloads background images from external hosts, including Unsplash and Pinterest. Those hosts may receive your IP address and standard request information when images load. If you email support, SourSpark receives your email address and the information you choose to include.
Use, sharing and retention
Information is used to operate purchases, restore entitlements, show optional ads, deliver images, troubleshoot the app, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests. SourSpark shares information needed for these purposes with Apple, Google, Adapty, and image hosts. SourSpark does not sell personal information. These providers may process data in other countries and retain it according to their own policies. Support messages are kept only as needed to respond and meet applicable obligations.
Children
WordCrush does not ask for a user's age or create an account. All ad requests use child-directed safeguards. Please contact us if you have a concern about a child's information.
Your choices and requests
You can turn off reminders in the app or device settings, purchase Remove Ads when offered, and contact info@sourspark.com for privacy requests. Purchase data and ad choices may also be managed through Apple, Google Play, and Google consent controls where available. Contact us about access or deletion requests involving support messages or provider data.
Security and changes
SourSpark uses the security controls provided by operating systems and service providers. This policy may change as the app changes; the revision date above will be updated.
