SourSpark Games provides Arrow Escape: Puzzle (App Store name: Arrow Escape: SourSpark Puzzle), the iOS and Android game identified as com.sourspark.arrowescape. This policy applies only to this game. Contact info@sourspark.com for support or privacy requests.

Playing does not require an account, name, date of birth or email address. Level progress, unlocked levels, audio settings, ad-removal entitlement and transaction records used to prevent duplicate delivery are stored on your device. There is no SourSpark-operated account or cloud-save system. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove local progress; operating-system backups are managed separately in Apple or Google settings.
Advertising and Google AdMob
The game uses Google AdMob advertising services and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent management. When these services operate, the provider may process IP address and approximate location derived from it, device/operating-system information, permitted app or device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics. Purposes include ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Non-personalized advertising does not mean that no technical data are processed.
The first five levels have no banner or automatic interstitial ads. Later levels may include banners and interstitials after a newly completed level. Remove Ads permanently removes banners and interstitials; it does not retroactively delete data providers previously processed. This version has no rewarded-ad lives, currency or hints.
General audience including children
The game is intended for a general audience including children. It does not collect a date of birth or age profile. Without age segmentation, child-directed treatment, a G ad-content limit, non-personalized requests and under-age-of-consent settings are applied for all players. The app does not request precise location permission or permission for cross-app tracking on iOS. Store parental controls apply to purchases. Contact us about concerns involving a child without including unnecessary personal information.
Purchases and restoration
Remove Ads is a one-time permanent store purchase. Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment. Unity IAP uses product/pricing information, transaction identifiers, receipts and restoration information to apply the entitlement and prevent duplicate delivery. SourSpark does not receive payment-card or banking details. Restore checks eligible purchases on the same store account; cross-store entitlement transfer is not offered.
Privacy choices and deletion
UMP presents consent options where required for your device and region. When required, Privacy choices in the game Settings lets you revisit those options. Manage advertising identifiers in device privacy settings. Remove local game records by clearing app data; store purchase history is managed separately by the store. For access, correction, deletion or other applicable data rights, contact info@sourspark.com with the game name. Provider privacy tools can also be used for provider-held records.
Support messages, retention and sharing
If you email us, we use your email address and message contents to answer your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or verification codes. Local records remain until you remove them; support messages are retained as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. Advertising and store providers have their own retention practices and may process data in different countries under their policies. Technical data may be sent directly to those providers.
